We take the protection of personal data very seriously. We observe the legal data protection regulations when operating our website. We want you to know when we collect, process and use which data and what rights you have with regard to the use of your data.

Personal data is information that can be used to determine your identity. This includes information such as your name, address, postal address, telephone number, IP address and e-mail address. We may only collect and process your personal data with your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, unless prior collection is not possible or the law provides for exceptions.

We process the personal data collected about you in order to fulfil our contract or to initiate a contractual relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Further legal basis for the processing of personal data is the fulfilment of our legal obligations Art. 6 para. 1 lit.c. GDPR or the protection of vital interests of your or another natural person Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR.

Furthermore, we may process personal data in the event of a justified interest on the part of our company pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit.f GDPR, if your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not outweigh our interests in a consideration to be carried out.

We must also point out that data transmission on the Internet is associated with security risks and that complete protection of data against access by third parties cannot therefore be guaranteed. For your part, please ensure that your data and your terminal device are protected against unauthorized access by third parties and that they are always protected by up-to-date security software.

We store your data on specially protected servers in Germany. We are constantly improving our security measures in line with technical developments, e.g. our website is SSL encrypted. Apart from the special cases regulated in these data protection regulations, your data will only be stored, processed and used to contact you and to send you the newsletter you have ordered. Access to it is only possible for a few specially authorised persons who are involved with the technical and content-related support of the order process.

In our contact form we have marked the necessary information as opposed to voluntary information and refer to our data protection regulations. The legal basis for an intended conclusion of a contract is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. We will delete your message and your e-mail addresses if we have replied to your message or if a contractual relationship cannot be established or is terminated. A revocation of the processing of personal data via the contact form is possible at any time under and leads to the deletion of all data.

Marketing purposes / Newsletter

If you register for our "Newsletter", you will be regularly informed about news, specials and offers of Krückemeyer. For this you must give us a separate consent and it is only the indication of your e-mail address necessary, this happens by marking the instruction before giving up the order of the newsletter. The legal basis for sending the newsletter is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. We also collect your IP address and the date and time of your registration using the so-called "double opt-in procedure".
